I originally started training BJJ as a way to incorporate some cardio into my workout routine. Next thing you know, training jiu-jitsu became more of a priority than lifting weights.
I started coaching to spend more time with my kids while learning more technique at the same time. Watching kids figure out techniques on the mat are some of my favorite moments.
I draw inspiration from many sources but I especially look up to people who are able to live a balanced life between work, family, and training. Luckily there’s many people to luck up to at this gym.
