Our Teen Jiu Jitsu program is designed to help students build confidence, discipline, and real skill during one of the most important stages of development. Training in a structured, supportive environment, teens learn to push themselves, stay focused, and develop resilience both on and off the mats.
Whether they’re just getting started or ready to take their training to the next level, students are challenged, supported, and motivated every step of the way—while still having fun and enjoying the process.

Confidence Through Training
Our Teen Program includes a variety of classes designed to build skill, confidence, and athleticism. With classes offered every day—and multiple options throughout the day—students can train as much or as little as they’d like, making it easy to stay consistent and continue progressing.
GI CLASSES
Develop control, discipline, and technical skill through structured gi training at beginner and advanced levels.
NO-GI CLASSES
Build speed, athleticism, and modern grappling skills in a fast-paced training environment.
COMPETITION TEAM
For teens who want to take it further, our competition team offers structured training and the opportunity to compete locally and at major tournaments. Many of our students travel and gain valuable experience both on and off the mats.
More Than Just Training
Jiu Jitsu gives teens more than physical skills—it builds confidence, discipline, and resilience that carry over into school, sports, and everyday life. Many of our students thrive off the mats because of what they learn on them.
